Features of the physical space and what should or could be built into it.

You have recently been promoted to be the director of the newest location of a child care center chain. The board has asked you to provide input as to what the facility should include as the building committee searches for existing buildings and hires architects to design the space for remodel. While the classroom space of the existing centers is good, they lack staff and parent space and you feel the overall traffic flow could be improved. You are asked to provide two lists – one list of necessary features that the building should include or could be added to help narrow the choices of facilities and another list of wanted or desired features that would improve quality and help the board choose between similar sites. Finally, to ensure that they don’t select a site that is unfit, the board would like you to create a third list of facility components or features to avoid.

Create a three-column list to describe the features of the physical space and what should or could be built into it. Be sure to include considerations for traffic flow, space for staff, and space for parents. One column should be titled “Necessary”, the second column titled “Wanted” and the third column “Avoid”.

Self-Reflection:

For your list, explain how this list addresses the issues in the scenario

Sample Solution

My list for the physical space and features of the childcare center addresses the issues laid out in the scenario by providing clear guidance on what needs to be included, what could be added, and which elements should be avoided. In my “Necessary” column, I have listed items that must be present in order for the facility to operate properly; these include proper traffic flow through hallways or entrance/exit points (so staff can move between classrooms without running into each other); adequate staffing ratios as required by state regulations; and designated spaces for parents such as waiting areas or drop-off/pickup zones.

In my “Wanted” column, I provide ideas that could help improve quality of care or enhance user experience within the building itself—these include things like extra storage space or larger classrooms with windows so children can engage with a view of their surroundings during playtime activities. Finally in my “Avoid” section I outlined common pitfalls associated with renovation projects such as choosing a site far from resources like transportation lines; having too few bathrooms compared to number of occupants; not accounting for ADA accessibility requirements when remodeling older structures etc. All three columns combined then provide an overview on how best to approach this project from both an operational and aesthetic perspective so Child Time Center can make informed decisions about where its own location will be located.

Dread is an extraordinary weapon in war and it is as yet utilized today Mental Fighting proposed. Genghis Khan was a pro at placing dread into the hearts of his rivals and his own men. This dread made his men work harder on the grounds that they feared him. He likewise utilized dread to join the Mongol clans subject to his authority. Before the attack he maintains that his rivals should realize he is coming since they can falter and won’t battle with a reasonable psyche. Battling with a blurred brain is undeniably challenging on the grounds that you can’t figure straight, you will commit an error, or you will do both. He utilized lighting to cause his adversaries to be apprehensive on the grounds that it made the Mongol armed force look right multiple times as bigger than it truly is. This let him put dread into his foe’s psyches around evening time which would bring about an absence of rest and their cerebrum will not have the option to work quick and wouldn’t have the option to respond to something as quick as they would regularly. Genghis Khan consumed entire towns since he believed his adversaries should know his solidarity and that would make his rivals dread him. Whoever controls the trepidation in a fight has more control than your foe’s do.

The Mongols were experts of the pony bowman strategy, and the champions and legends site gave numerous instances of why. Before Genghis Khan, the pony bowman strategy was utilized for hunting on the grounds that on a pony they had the option to stay aware of the running creatures. The Mongols were once a lot of traveling clans and hunting was a tremendous piece of their lives. They adjusted to their day to day environments by utilizing ponies. The Mongols had the option to control the pony with their feet and shoot with their bows close by. This was a powerful strategy in an are on the grounds that the Mongols were generally moving, so their foes would struggle with hitting them and the Mongols rivals would be not difficult to take out. They would have three unique quivers with various bolts. The standard bolt, the defensive layer puncturing bolt, and the extraordinary bolt. This strategy was best on an open plain with a great deal of room.

The Mongols were quite possibly of the best armed force in history and it was a result of their chief Genghis Khan. He was savage and dreaded all through Asia. Genghis Khan’s realm is the biggest in history before the English domain. It endured longer than Napoleon’s realm and greater than the Roman
