The plan must provide evidence of consideration of individuals with diverse life experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
The plan must address one pandemic-related health risk for the family.
You will be required to deliver the health and wellness plan to the family in Week 4. Faculty must approve the health and wellness plan prior to delivery.
The health and wellness plan must be a minimum of 10 pages (excluding the references). The plan should be written at a 5th-grade level, and bullet points
are best (or short paragraphs). Pictures may be used, but pictures may not take up more than 2 of the 10 pages. The plan must address health and wellness
