These videos were made recently by top corporations in the United States. Their goal is to target the hiring of a diverse workforce. As a future administrator of a healthcare organization, you are asked to choose a video to use on your hiring Web page to attract a diverse talent pool.

Of these five videos, I would choose the Netflix video to represent my healthcare organization. I like this video because it is very personal and authentic.
