Heart disease and stroke in African-American has been on the rise as studies shows. These two lethal diseases are often cause with stress that comes in our daily lives from household to workplaces and to the other socializing agents. Their realization in the body is often marked with altered balance in the immune system to fight the Invading viruses. Take for example stroke, which causes part of or the entire human body to stop functioning appropriately and often leads to paralysis or death in tough cases. It’s therefore an interesting part of this essay to be able to interrogate these two fatal diseases and further explain the approaches that can be employed to help curb the same
