In conclusion then, it is evident from my own experience that organizational culture plays a key role in determining how successful an organization will be when it comes to performance outcomes. By creating a positive environment which supports things like collaboration/innovation, respect for diversity/inclusion we can not only increase employee engagement but also help foster greater creativity amongst our team members—both qualities essential for ensuring ongoing success regardless of industry or sector.
