He reports a sick contact, and has not had annual flu vaccine or COVID booster. Physical examination reveals a temperature of 101°F, tachycardia, erythematous pharynx, and anterior cervical lymphadenopathy, but is negative for adventitious breath sounds and hepatosplenomegaly.
