Conflict is one of the issues that place in any organization including hospitals where continuous human interactions occur. At the center of administration of healthcare, is the Nurse who actually plays different roles like care takers, educators and most cases managers of the sick. These roles result into interaction with both members of the department and the patients. This increases higher chances of conflict which take various dimensions. As such, this paper will look at the existing types of conflicts in nursing practice and elucidate on the difference of the various types of conflicts therein. Also crucial to paper will be to look at the recommendation of solving such conflicts.
