Key leadership styles.
I thrive under a transformational leadership style. I appreciate leaders who are visionary, inspiring, and supportive. They encourage creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. Such leaders often empower their team members, delegate tasks effectively, and provide constructive feedback.
In terms of my own leadership style, I believe I lean towards a democratic or participative style. I value collaboration, open communication, and the input of others. I strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
My leadership style has evolved over time. As I've gained experience, I've become more confident in my decision-making abilities and have learned to delegate tasks more effectively. I've also developed a greater appreciation for the importance of empathy and emotional intelligence in leadership.
