Based on the case study presented, I believe Ming is correct in saying that Mindy is bullying her. This can be seen through certain behaviors exhibited by Mindy such as belittling remarks about Ming’s ideas and opinions, assigning her “nonsensical tasks” or excluding her from important meetings (Mathis & Jackson). These types of actions are indicative of workplace bullying which can have a negative effect on both individuals involved as well as overall morale within the organization (Millward et al).

All in all, my advice would focus on helping restore balance within their working relationship while ensuring appropriate legal measures are taken if necessary.
