My Perspective:
While I find the Activation-Synthesis Theory to be compelling, I believe that all of these theories may contribute to our understanding of dreaming. Dreams likely serve multiple purposes, including processing information, emotional regulation, and creative problem-solving. Further research is needed to fully understand the complex nature of dreams.
