Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in court and at depositions
• Advise clients on legal matters
• Manage client relationships and maintain client satisfaction
• Assist in business development activities
• Contribute to the overall success of the law firm

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
