Phone technology has come up with two ways of making communication, these are by way of making direct calls and through the use of text messages. However, most people prefer making calls to sending messages because of several reasons like; making calls give the caller the opportunity of listening to the voicer of the person he`s calling and thus easy to decode the message, direct calls gives the caller the assurance that the message is delivered, phone calls tend to foster connections in raw relationships and lastly, some people see texting as being so impersonal.
