During her early pregnancy, she experienced some symptoms including morning sickness (nausea), aches and pains (in her lower abdomen in joints). My mother was concerned about the importance of prenatal care because it helps catch potential concerns early and reduces the risk of pregnancy and birth complications. Since the pregnancy was uncomplicated, she visited her doctor every four weeks through 28 weeks. Between 28 and 36 weeks, she visited her doctor every two week. She saw her doctor weekly from 36 weeks until she delivered.
