Project management involves the practice of initiating, planning, executing and controlling closely the work of a team in an organization, business and any environment in order to achieve the set objectives and goals. The common challenge that faces project management is the time constraint given to achieve a particular goal. Such inefficiencies have led to emergence of some trends that are impacting the management of project in may dimensions and that need to be looked at. Interestingly, the scope of this study will be to interrogate the existing trends and how they impact project management in terms of leadership styles, phases among others.

hile the company is in a growing phase, they were entering into the latest technologies and were capable of providing the services for the same.
