There are three main connective leadership styles:
- Direct: Direct leaders are decisive and take charge. They are good at setting goals and giving clear instructions.
- Relational: Relational leaders are focused on building relationships and creating a positive work environment. They are good at listening to others and building trust.
- Instrumental: Instrumental leaders are focused on getting the job done. They are good at delegating tasks and managing resources.
