Performance test in all organizations if not all has proven to be efficient in terms measuring specific abilities that are of interest to the organization concerning the objective of such test. Whereas this technique has proven to useful in all almost all dimensions of organizations, it’s of greater interest to note that it fails to be employed in all selection situations. This because when performance test is administered by untrained individuals or even experienced to say the least, it can result into giving wrong and inaccurate feedback that was initially not needed. The same happens in a situation where one executes the test with prejudice and ill formed mind. This cannot provide the relevant result that was needed in selection process and therefore fails to address the objective of such test.
