Stress can be defined as the normal mental, physical and emotional body reaction to changes that must be responded to. There are no known conventional symptoms of stress though factors like headaches, dizziness, indigestion, appetite loss, racing heart, tiredness and general aches and pains could all be pointers to stress. Because if left unchecked, stress has the capacity of leading to secondary ailments and fatal attacks like cardiac arrests. Therefore, stress can be managed through simple activities like managing time more effectively, creating time for hobbies, seeking out social support, visiting psychologist for guidance, eating healthy among other means of stress management.
