Michelle Obama’s leadership resonates with me for several reasons. Her intelligence, grace, and unwavering work ethic are undeniable. However, the qualities that truly set her apart are her authenticity and her unwavering commitment to empowering others.
2. Lesser-Known Leader: My High School Math Teacher
While Michelle Obama is a global figure, one of the most impactful leaders in my life was Ms. Garcia, my high school math teacher. Her passion for math and her dedication to her students were contagious.

I believe I possess some of Mr. Thompson’s leadership qualities. I strive to be visionary in my work, setting clear goals and inspiring others to contribute towards them. Additionally, I value strategic planning and enjoy developing well-thought-out approaches to achieve objectives. While I am still developing my leadership skills, Mr. Thompson’s example continues to guide me as I strive to motivate and empower others.
