Prompt 5: Think about your own non-exercise energy expenditure (NEAT) on a typical day. Do you feel your current average NEAT is in line with your goals at this time? Why or why not? Regardless of how you reflected on your own NEAT, if a person was wishing to increase their NEAT, what are some ways (at least 3) they could do this? (4 points)
