Students analyze their diet based on nutritional guidelines established by
the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. After
tracking their food and beverage intake for a minimum of seven days,
using a food tracking system, students describe their findings and
identify potential health issues and health benefits they might experience
after long-term practice of this type of diet. Students reflect on their
findings, any changed perspectives of their diet, and recommend
strategies to improve their diet and diet-related behavior.
In their five- to six-page papers, students are expected to combine their
own thoughtful analysis of the topic with information found in a minimum
of two scholarly sources other than a textbook. Students need to keep in
mind that this is to be an analytical paper, not simply a summary of their
readings. Therefore, as in any scholarly writing, students should not
merely copy information from another author, but use evidence to
support the contentions they have drawn from their findings and critically
analyze related literature. This paper must meet APA requirements of
format and style. Students must cite the sources of all ideas, facts, and
information used that are not their own, even if they have put the
information into their own words. Failure to do so is a violation of the
Academic Integrity Policy, even if the oversight is unintentional.

The highest level of needs is self-actualisation which means the person must take full reasonability for their self, Maslow believes that people can go through to the highest levels, if they are in an education which can produce growth.
