of the items. BE SPECIFIC in the assignment. Give data such as by how much or by when. How will we know if
the goal or objectives are achieved?

A description of the specific goals of the group/team and how many team members will be needed. (20 points).
This should be specific, measurable, timely and realistic. For example, increase sales in the athletic
department by 20% on or before May 7, 2021.
Summary: of a plan for how this group/team will be effective, including the following:
A proposed leadership style (5 points)
The specific characteristics that you are looking for in team members (5 points)
The specific roles that each team member will take on (5 points)
Specific Methods for enhancing group cohesion (5 points)
Specific Strategies for managing conflict (5 points)
Specific Strategies for decision making and problem solving (5 points)
Include a DETAILED proposed team agenda for the first meeting(70 points) ( Do research to identify what
creates a successful agenda). Include who, what, when, where, and the specific desired outcome. Make sure
to add start and stop times for each topic. This helps people understand how to prepare for each topic.What
time does each topic begin such as 8:00 AM-8:45 AM, continue to write the times. Avoid writing the amount of
time for each topic such as 5 minutes etc.
