The America`s civil war was the most divisive and bloodiest warfare whose protagonists were the confederate states of America against the union Army. The war had numerous casualties with historians estimating the number to be around 620 000 people who died and millions more injured. The American civil war was caused by secession, the bleeding Kansas, slavery, states rights, industrialization among other factors that shall be discussed later in much details. The war was fought on different front/theatres: The eastern and western theatres. The details of the war and its causes are discussed deeper in subsequent paragraphs of this paper.
