After reading the Daughter Effect and learning about the % of female CEO’s for US Fortune 500 companies
consider your current boundaries, authority, roles and tasks (BART) at work and at home and imagine for this
post that you had been born the opposite gender. Consider thoughtfully how your BART’s would have changed
if you were the opposite gender. Find data to support salary differences in your current field between men and
women (Catalyst.org) is an excellent source). Also consider how your negotiation skills and abilities and how
you might feel more or less powerful in negotiation if you were the opposite gender and include this in your
response. Lastly list and cite with about 20 words of explanation of a company who is involved in legal issues
around the treatment of women, including #MeToo. Review document in Course Documents this week on
Negotiations and use in your response. Please do not use this forum to rant, back any of your opinions with
