It encompasses all aspects of the food and beverage market. The food sector has found itself in a precarious position due to its exposure to pressing sustainability challenges, from climate change to plastics pollution. The business environment of PepsiCo has significant challenges related to rising cost of raw materials, processes, fluctuations in demand, health concerns and environmental concerns for manufacturing methods. His gentle face is smiling, his passionate eyes are sparkling. Undeterred, he swim professionally around like everyone. Born without limbs, Nick Vujicic has found his way to fulfil his life by accepting difference, confronting challenges and having a hope.
Accepting difference is the first step to the path of fulfilling his life. Difference is not something you are not ashamed of, but something you should be proud of as well as being yourself. In fact, everyone can be different in their own way; no matter what different it is, ranging from belief to appearance. The world is not going to disown you, unless you disown the world. Living in a life is the adventure of finding yourself and there is nobody would understand you more than yourself, thereby you should be yourself. In this way, you would be no regret to anything or blame anyone that you’ve done. In our modern societies today, following the majority is inevitable that people usually go after the norm. Unavoidably, some people sometimes are not likely to get along with someone who are different from them. However, considering the condition of Nick Vuijcic, we can see how difference he is compared to us. Without arms and legs, he is not only afraid of it, but also embrace it by showing the world what he can do. Sharing us memorable stories, teaching us valuable lessons and proving us the impossible things, Nick Vuijcic conveys every individual how to be oneself by accepting the difference of one own. As a result, accepting difference is the priority to have in every person’s life because if one can not accept their own quality, how the world would accept him or her.
Challenges is always in a part of ones’ lives; people can avoid it for sometimes, but they cannot avoid it forever. In order to get rid of it, we have to confront it someday. Based on Nick Vuijcic’s life, even though there are many challenges lining up for him, he is never afraid to confront all of it. Getting bad judgments and bullying, he has almost suicided at the age of 9 that he tried to drown himself (Vujicic, 2012). Nothing could made him suffer any less; he has experienced every worst things in his life. However, due to the determination, he has the will of confronting these challanges. As being like a spring, he always stand up no mater how hard difficulties press him down. The challenges doesn’t make him weak, but stronger. Without arms and legs, he can do every thing that he wants such as swimming, playing golf, surfing and even sky-diving. There is maybe a question raised about if someone can do in that situation. In my perspective, it’s not likely for someone are able to do it under that circumstance, but it’s possible.
