Chiquita Brands International Sarl, formerly known as Chiquita Brands International Inc., is an American producer and distributor of banana and other produce. The company operates under a number of subsidiary brand names, including the flagship Chiquita brand and Fresh Express Salads. Chiquita is the leading distributor in the United States. Was founded in 1899. The Banana Industry brought vast environmental destruction, slave-like exploitation of workers and corrupt military government to Latin America. They overthrew governments, killed thousands of workers and destabilized whole countries politically and economically. As many big corporations with blood stained history, Chiquita tried to veil their violent history behind a brand-new logo and a deceptive name that falsely implies that the company is actually Latin American. Chiquita remains the leading distributor of bananas in the United States and one of the biggest growers and suppliers worldwide, and continues to make revenue through the use of highly questionable methods hidden well beyond the reach of public attention.

According to the D of E SEN SFRs (1995) to (2010) and Department for Education and Skills (2004), students with SEN without statements increased from 10 % of all students in 1995 to 18.2% or 1.5 million students in the year 2010 in U.K. As per Lamb Inquiry (2009), SEN can occasionally be ‘uncooperatively pooled’ with falling behind and this may have resulted in the ever increasing figures of students at Action Plus and School Action.
