. Which chair do you think would better help you achieve your goals in a more effective way in the professional environment?
. How will you go about changing to that chair? Be specific.
Which chair I typically revert to when I’m challenged by others:
When I’m challenged by others, I typically revert to the Attack chair. This is because I tend to be a very direct and assertive person. When I feel challenged, I often feel the need to defend myself and my position. I can also be quite critical of others, and I sometimes have a hard time seeing things from their perspective.
Why I think I revert to this chair:
I think I revert to the Attack chair because it’s a familiar and comfortable place for me. I’ve always been a bit of a fighter, and I’m used to standing up for myself. When I feel challenged, I go into fight mode and I’m not always the most tactful or diplomatic.
Which chair would better help me achieve my goals in a more effective way in the professional environment:
I think the Cooperation chair would better help me achieve my goals in a more effective way in the professional environment. This is because it would allow me to be more collaborative and cooperative with others. When I’m in the Cooperation chair, I’m more open to hearing other people’s ideas and perspectives. I’m also more willing to compromise and find solutions that work for everyone.
How I will go about changing to that chair:
In order to change to the Cooperation chair, I need to be more aware of my communication style. I need to be mindful of how I come across to others, and I need to be more respectful of their opinions. I also need to be more willing to listen and learn from others.
Here are some specific things I can do to change to the Cooperation chair:
I believe that by making these changes, I can be more effective in communicating with others in the professional environment. I can also achieve my goals more effectively by being more collaborative and cooperative.
