Community Education Programs

Develop what is known as a strategic management action plan (MAP).
When all the strategic planning is done, it is time for management action planning based upon our strategies.
Management action planning is a step-by-step approach developed to help healthcare leaders plan the action steps that will lead to positive change for our organizations.
Suggested health care subjects include the topic: Community Education Programs
Focus on identified problems and improvement opportunities, key issues for planning, and implementation via your MAP components
Your project should be a minimum of three to four pages in length and should include a cover page and reference page.
The Process of Developing Action Plans- 7 steps
Step 1: Review the Broader Strategic Decisions
Step 2: Set Unit Objectives
Step 3: Identify Actions Required to Accomplish Unit Objectives
Step 4: Set Timelines to Accomplish Each Action
Step 5: Assign Responsibility to Accomplish Each Action
Step 6: Determine Resources Requirements to Accomplish Each Action
Step 7: Determine How Results will be Measured

Sample Solution

The first step to developing a management action plan for community education programs is to review the broader strategic decisions. This should include understanding the existing legal, regulatory, and policy framework that would need to be taken into consideration when designing an effective plan (Kamal & Goel, 2019). Additionally it’s important to consider any external factors such as current funding available at both state and federal levels, political sentiment towards health initiatives in the area, and existing partnerships with other nonprofits or organizations (Kamal & Goel, 2019).

The second step of this process involves setting unit objectives which focus on addressing identified gaps or weaknesses within the community health system. For example, one objective may be to increase public awareness around preventative healthcare measures available in rural areas (Kamal & Goel, 2019).

Once these objectives have been established the next step is to identify all the actions that will need to be taken in order to achieve these objectives. In this case some possible actions could include: creating educational materials for distribution throughout communities; hosting information sessions about key health topics; and implementing culturally appropriate language translations where required (Kamal & Goel, 2019).

Following this each action needs timelines set so that progress can be monitored over time. Additionally assigning responsibility to specific individuals or teams who are responsible for completing each task helps create accountability towards achieving desired outcomes (Kamal & Goel, 2019). Resources requirements must also be considered – such as providing adequate funding or personnel depending on what type of tasks are involved in implementing the proposed plan. Lastly, it’s important measure results throughout implementation in order ensure goals are being achieved and make adjustments if needed along the way (Kamal & Goel, 2019).

regards to the osmosis of pieces into lumps. Mill operator recognizes pieces and lumps of data, the differentiation being that a piece is comprised of various pieces of data. It is fascinating to take note of that while there is a limited ability to recall lumps of data, how much pieces in every one of those lumps can change broadly (Miller, 1956). Anyway it’s anything but a straightforward instance of having the memorable option huge pieces right away, somewhat that as each piece turns out to be more natural, it very well may be acclimatized into a lump, which is then recollected itself. Recoding is the interaction by which individual pieces are ‘recoded’ and allocated to lumps. Consequently the ends that can be drawn from Miller’s unique work is that, while there is an acknowledged breaking point to the quantity of pieces of data that can be put away in prompt (present moment) memory, how much data inside every one of those lumps can be very high, without unfavorably influencing the review of similar number
