Problem 1: The formula for conditional p-median where if the demand point is within the 60 minutes range of
the existing location when the demand is served by the existing location. If the demand is exceeded the 60
minutes travel time, then locate the location from the potential locations.
Problem 2: The same condition as the above but with the and conditional p-center.
Please see attached file for the fundamental of conditional p-median and p-center problems. Add additional
constraints as described or see MSUCLP.docx for my idea. If you need my full thesis for ideas.
The Conditional p-median problem (CPM) is a common problem in facility location and resource allocation. It refers to the process of locating a certain number of facilities called p-medians, to best serve the needs of customers by minimizing the distance between them and their nearest facility.
In order to solve this problem, one must first determine how many medians are required, often referred to as “p”. Then ,the formula for conditional p-median can be used. This formula states that if a demand point is within 60 minutes travel time from an existing location then it should be served by that location, otherwise a new median should be located from among potential sites (Eshghi et al., 2012).
This formula is most often applied in cases where there are multiple competing demands that need to be met simultaneously; such as when attempting to locate emergency services centers or retail stores in densely populated areas with high customer traffic rates. It also takes into account other constraints such as geographical barriers or population density which may limit where these facilities can actually be set up (Tsung et al., 2017). By combining all factors together under one universal equation ,this helps minimize duplication of effort and increase efficiency overall.
In conclusion , the Conditional p-Median equation is an effective way for managers to strategize on best possible locations for their facilities while also taking into consideration cost & time savings benefits associated with each option . This makes it easier for decision makers find solutions more quickly and accurately than when using traditional methods alone.

Given the expected worth of such figures propelling scholastic achievement and hence impacting results like maintenance, wearing down, and graduation rates, research is justified as it might give understanding into non-mental techniques that could be of possible benefit to this populace (Lamm, 2000) . Part I: INTRODUCTION TO THE STUDY Introduction The country is encountering a basic lack of medical care suppliers, a deficiency that is supposed to increment in the following five years, similarly as the biggest populace in our country’s set of experiences arrives at the age when expanded clinical consideration is essential (Pike, 2002). Staffing of emergency clinics, centers, and nursing homes is more basic than any time in recent memory as the enormous quantities of ‘people born after WW2’s start to understand the requirement for more continuous clinical mediation and long haul care. Interest in turning into a medical caretaker has disappeared as of late, presumably because of the historical bac
