The main symptoms that suggest something has gone wrong in Conifer Corporation are decreased productivity, difficulty in completing projects on time, and a high rate of employee turnover. The root cause of these problems is the lack of communication between management and employees. Specifically, managers are not taking the time to listen to their employees’ needs or fully understand their job roles and capabilities. Additionally, there is no clear vision or strategy for the company’s future development which further contributes to a general feeling of discontent among staff members.
In addition, there is an underlying issue with internal politics which has caused mistrust amongst staff members as well as morale issues due to unclear expectations from management. Other causes include outdated technology systems that do not meet the demands of today’s digital workplace environment and lack of resources being allocated towards employee training programs. Finally, it appears that decision-making processes take too long leading to delays in project delivery causing frustration for all involved.
These symptoms clearly demonstrate how Conifer Corp’s management structure fails to address key areas such as communication skills, trust building tactics , system modernization initiatives and resource allocation strategies – which ultimately leads to poor performance levels both at individual level and organizationally speaking .
