The most challenging part of the project for me was identifying the issue that I wanted to focus on. There are so many issues in the criminal justice field, and it was difficult to narrow it down to one that I felt I could make a significant contribution to.

I eventually decided to focus on the issue of mass incarceration. This is a complex issue with no easy solutions, but I felt that it was important to address because it has such a significant impact on our society.

What part of the project did you find to be the most interesting, fulfilling, or rewarding? Why?

I also found it rewarding to develop solutions to the problem of mass incarceration. I believe that my solutions are feasible and could make a real difference, and I am excited to share them with stakeholders.

Discuss the process that you used to conduct research for your project and any challenges or roadblocks that you faced during the process. How did you overcome those roadblocks or challenges?

I started my research by conducting a literature review. I read articles, books, and reports on the issue of mass incarceration. I also interviewed experts in the field, including academics, lawyers, and policymakers.

One of the challenges I faced during the research process was finding reliable sources of information. There is a lot of misinformation about mass incarceration, and it was important to me to find sources that were credible and up-to-date.

Another challenge I faced was the sheer volume of information that is available on the topic. There is a lot to learn about mass incarceration, and it was easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of information available.

Third, I believe that it will lead to a more humane and effective way of dealing with crime.
