Change plan is clearly designed way of making or effecting changes in an organization over a given period of time and defines how such ends are to be met. A change plan should include reasons for the change, determines the scope, identifies stakeholders and the change management team. In my community, it is projected that in the next five years, there shall have been significant changes in population, lifestyle considering the number of students almost completing school.a
