Developmental evaluation is a new approach to evaluation that is well suited to respond to complex problems. It facilitates real-time (or close to real-time) feedback to support continuous development. The processes involve asking evaluative questions and gathering information to provide feedback and support for decision making, which allows adaptation and innovation.
