Culture and management style
The company uses a quality management system this is a strategic approach to ensure that the quality of the service is improving which plays a fundamental part of their business practises. Some of the key objectives applied within the organisation include:
• “Effective policies, motivated leadership and visible senior management commitment”
• “Effective organisation with clearly defined management structures”
• “clear accountability established through the delegation of well-defined roles and responsibilities”
• The setting of challenging but realisitic goals and standards for indvidual and teams”
• “The reduction of quality risks to the lowest reasonable practible level through detailed pre-planning, risk assesment, risk registers and risk control strategies”

The organisation has a process in place so that these objectives can be achieved, this is through a quality management system that is in place within the company. This system proves the company’s ability in order to consistently delivering products and services that will meet the customers and other regulatory requirements as well as being effective and efficient with the overall aim to improve customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the quality management system is seen as crucial for the long-term success of the company and is communicated to all employees through inductions, meetings, on-going development and training ensuring continued observance and compliance with the requirements (Servelec Group Holdings, 2018).
In order for the organisation to achieve these objectives, the Projects Department review the relevance and usefulness of the quality management system and monitor employees work progress on projects within the department (Servelec Group Holdings, 2018). The Senior Project Management team is a vital aspect of the company
