Clinical Topic of Interest and PICOT
My clinical topic of interest is the use of telemedicine to improve access to healthcare for rural and underserved populations. My PICOT is:

Current Healthcare Organization
I work in a large academic medical center in an urban area. The organization has a strong culture of innovation and is committed to providing high-quality care to all patients. However, the organization does not currently have a robust telemedicine program.
Potential Opportunities for Evidence-Based Change
There is a significant opportunity to use telemedicine to improve access to healthcare for rural and underserved populations. Telemedicine can allow patients to see specialists and receive recommended preventive care without having to travel long distances. Evidence-Based Idea for a Change in Practice
