The types of change that you may examine in your organization include the following:

 

Strategic: Sometimes, in the course of normal business operation, it is necessary for management to adjust the firm’s strategy to achieve the goals of the company, or even to change the mission statement of the organization in response to demands of the external environments.

Structural: Organizations often find it necessary to redesign the structure of the company because of influences from the external environment.

People-centered: This type of change is aimed at altering the attitudes, behaviors, skills, or performance of employees in the company.

Target recently went through a strategic change when it announced its commitment to increasing sustainability by 2025. This change was first implemented through environmental scanning, where the company assessed the current state of their operations in terms of sustainability and identified potential areas for improvement. This was followed by strategy formulation, which included setting specific objectives related to sustainability such as reducing waste, using more sustainable materials in packaging, and sourcing products from sustainable suppliers. Next came strategy implementation; here Target invested in new technologies and processes to realize their goals of becoming more sustainable. The last step was strategy evaluation; this involved periodic reviews of progress against set targets and making necessary adjustments when needed.

To foster learning and development within the organization, Target encourages its employees to pursue professional development opportunities such as educational courses or workshops that help them gain skills relevant to their jobs. Additionally they also offer employee recognition awards which incentivizes employees towards excellence while fostering an environment conducive towards innovation & growth.

In terms of knowledge management practices – Target has implemented specialized systems which allows teams across different departments to share information quickly & easily while encouraging collaboration between coworkers & idea sharing among stakeholders.

Finally – one way that Target is utilizing system-oriented approaches is by implementing predictive analytics into their supply chain operations. By doing so, they are able to better forecast customer demand for specific items across stores much quicker thus allowing them allocate resources accordingly as well as predict potential risks ahead of time should any occur due unforeseen circumstances

Overall, jus in bello suggests in wars, harm can only be used against combatants, never against the innocent. But in the end, the aim is to establish peace and security within the commonwealth. As Vittola’s conclusion: ‘the pursuit of justice for which he fights and the defence of his homeland’ is what nations should be fighting for in wars (Begby et al (2006b), Page 332).
