Expose yeast cells to alcohol

Good evening, I am a 9 grade student and need to present the topic of a science fair project which is unique. I am looking for a science fair / biology expert who can assist me in structuring my project. I was thinking to run an experiment on cell resilience. Cellular resilience describes the ability of a cell to cope with environmental changes such as toxicant exposure. My idea was to expose yeast cells to alcohol or another chemical such as pesticide. It is not great and I would welcome any idea if you have a different idea on how to test cellular resilience / items to use for testing. The experiment has to be run at home so I need to easily source the material and do it safely.
To get approval on the project I need to write a one page including research question, hypothesis, background information, materials and procedure. If I am satisfied with this paper I will assign you to edit / write the remaining sections once I run the actual experiment.
This was my idea to present a project and be a bit original unique – I am open to a different topic if you have other suggestions prior to write up the one page. You will be required to check with me the topic of the experiment before you write it up. It can be in the field of biology, chemistry or physics. Be feasible to run it at home and measure findings. My idea was inspired by this article https://d-nb.info/1114886742/34

regards to the osmosis of pieces into lumps. Mill operator recognizes pieces and lumps of data, the differentiation being that a piece is comprised of various pieces of data. It is fascinating regards to the osmosis of pieces into lumps. Mill operator recognizes pieces and lumps of data, the differentiation being that a piece is comprised of various pieces of data. It is fascinating to take note of that while there is a limited ability to recall lumps of data, how much pieces in every one of those lumps can change broadly (Miller, 1956). Anyway it’s anything but a straightforward instance of having the memorable option huge pieces right away, somewhat that as each piece turns out to be more natural, it very well may be acclimatized into a lump, which is then recollected itself. Recoding is the interaction by which individual pieces are ‘recoded’ and allocated to lumps. Consequently the ends that can be drawn from Miller’s unique work is that, while there is an acknowledged breaking point to the quantity of pi
