Dear Esperanza,

Today is May 15th 2020, and I am writing to you from the vantage point of old age and wisdom. The version of me that responds to you today has seen much in this world but found solace in her journey none the less.

I want to thank you for all your strength and courage coming up as a young girl amidst difficult times. You were brave enough to recognize injustices between classes and genders, wise enough to express yourself through poetry and art, resilient enough to take on new challenges even when it seemed impossible. When life felt like a burden too heavy for one person, you emerged as a beacon of light.

But there is so much I wish I could tell my younger self: take time off every once in awhile; give yourself permission to not always be perfect; trust your intuition more often than not; learn how speak up for yourself instead of relying on others; reevaluate what success truly looks like – work hard but leave room for joyfulness; connect with those who will lift you high instead of bringing you down – keep searching until find them! Every day brings something good if look closely enough.

Most importantly remember how powerful are – no matter what anyone else says or thinks about who should be . Have faith in your dreams ,your gifts ,and your capabilities because they have carried far already – continue use them further reach heights never imagined possible.

With love &appreciation ,
Esperanza

It is fascinating to take note of that while there is a limited ability to recall lumps of data, how much pieces in every one of those lumps can change broadly (Miller, 1956). Anyway it’s anything but a straightforward instance of having the memorable option huge pieces right away, somewhat that as each piece turns out to be more natural, it very well may be acclimatized into a lump, which is then recollected itself. Recoding is the interaction by which individual pieces are ‘recoded’ and allocated to lumps. Consequently the ends that can be drawn from Miller’s unique work is that, while there is an acknowledged breaking point to the quantity of pieces of data that can be put away in prompt (present moment) memory, how much data inside every one of those lumps can be very high, without unfavorably influencing the review of similar number
