The issue of whether or not gays should be allowed to serve in the military has been a source of intense debate for decades. On one side, there are those who argue that having openly gay individuals serving in the armed forces poses a threat to unit cohesion and would ultimately disrupt military operations while on the other hand there is an argument to be made that allowing them to serve their country just like any other citizen regardless of sexual orientation is both fair and just.

Supporters of permitting gays in the military often cite statistics from countries such as Australia, Canada, and Germany which have welcomed openly gay members into their ranks without any detrimental effects (Beyer et al 2016). Additionally, many assert that since discrimination based on sexuality is against U.S law and goes against basic principles of equality; denying people this right due solely because of who they are would be tantamount to prejudice (Gates 2017). Furthermore, having a more diverse group of individuals within these organizations can actually foster better team dynamics as it encourages open dialogue where different perspectives can be heard (Ritter &Kleinman 2015).

On the flip side however, it should also be noted that introducing drastic changes into an organization with established traditions could potentially lead towards confusion amongst its members especially when rules become muddled due to unfamiliar situations arising out of new policies (Lamb 2012). Similarly, arguments have also been raised about potential issues related to privacy given shared living quarters along with fears about troops being distracted by romantic entanglements when placed under stress during battle zones .

Ultimately though ,this comes down to respect for fundamental rights as every individual, regardless identity, deserves opportunity to pursue life liberty according to their own wishes so long as it does not interfere with anyone else’s ability to do the same ; meaning if someone is willing to make ultimate sacrifice to protect the nation then at least society owe them a chance to prove themselves capable of performing a job whatever background they come from (Thomas 2020).

regards to the osmosis of pieces into lumps. Mill operator recognizes pieces and lumps of data, the differentiation being that a piece is comprised of various pieces of data. It is fascinating to take note of that while there is a limited ability to recall lumps of data, how much pieces in every one of those lumps can change broadly (Miller, 1956). Anyway it’s anything but a straightforward instance of having the memorable option huge pieces right away, somewhat that as each piece turns out to be more natural, it very well may be acclimatized into a lump, which is then recollected itself. Recoding is the interaction by which individual pieces are ‘recoded’ and allocated to lumps. Consequently the ends that can be drawn from Miller’s unique work is that, while there is an acknowledged breaking point to the quantity of pieces of data that can be put away in prompt (present moment) memory, how much data inside every one of those lumps can be very high, without unfavorably influencing the review of similar number
