This semester, my primary goal is to maintain a high level of academic excellence while also further developing my skillset in preparation for the future.

I plan to accomplish this by taking full advantage of the resources available to me and setting realistic goals that will help guide me towards success. I want to establish a routine that focuses on efficient studying techniques such as reading ahead for classes and breaking down large tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks. Additionally, it is important for me to stay organized when taking notes or completing assignments so I can keep track of all relevant information related to each course.

I also intend on expanding upon any knowledge gaps I may have by doing extra research in certain areas or attending office hours with professors if needed (Mansfield et al., 2020). Networking with peers is another essential activity as it provides exposure to different perspectives which can lead to new insights being uncovered (Goharzadeh & Sluiter 2015). Furthermore, participating in extracurricular activities will be beneficial because it allows me the opportunity to interact with other students and build relationships in a non-academic setting (Lazaroiu et al., 2019).

Overall, my main objective this semester is creating an environment that fosters learning and development not only academically but personally as well (Moore & DeSouza 2018). By maintaining a healthy balance between studies and leisure time, I believe I can achieve great success and continue progressing along my desired career path.
