1. What are some of the most common forms of unethical behavior in our workforce today? How could leadership in organizations help to minimize this ethical misconduct? Explain and support your positions with relevant course content and outside sources.

Have you ever come across any unethical behavior in the organization? If you did, have you ever wondered whether it was unethical? Work ethic refers to a collection of behavioral guidelines, moral concepts, and standards that promote a pleasant workplace environment. The ERC reported that employees most often observe the following five unethical behaviors in the workplace: 1) employees misusing company time, 2) supervisors abusing subordinates, 3) employees stealing from their employers, 4) employees lying to their employers, and 5) employees violating company internet policies.
