To improve communication from leadership, one of the most important things to do is ensure that all messages are clear and concise. Leadership should focus on using language that is easily understood and ensure that their message can be interpreted correctly by the intended audience (Kotler & Keller, 2016). Furthermore, it’s important for leaders to provide context when making announcements or giving updates so employees understand why certain decisions were made or what is expected of them as a result of these changes (Hussain & Chawla, 2018). Additionally, it’s essential for leadership to listen to feedback from stakeholders and be open to criticism or suggestions – this gives stakeholders a sense of being heard which encourages honest commentary and strengthens relationships between leaders and their teams (Kotler & Keller, 2016).

In terms of applying these principles in my final project to communicate my marketing plan with internal and external stakeholders I would use several tactics. Firstly, I would strive to make sure any instructions provided within the plan are clearly stated so they can easily be followed. It will also be beneficial for me to include a brief overview at the beginning explaining why each step has been included in order to give employees an understanding of its importance. Secondly, I will look into incorporating strategies like surveys or ‘town hall’ meetings where members have an opportunity to voice their opinions so management can gain insight into how everyone feels about the proposed plan (Hussain & Chawla, 2018). Lastly. I will make sure that there is open dialogue among stakeholder groups during implementation phase – this allows employees to ask questions if needed as well as give feedback which helps create an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves.

In conclusion, effective communication from leadership is vital for successful implementations projects such as developing a marketing plan. By ensuring all messages are clear and providing appropriate context when sharing updates -leaders help reduce confusion amongst team members while also fostering healthy relationships based on mutual trust . Incorporating some of these strategies into my final project will not only help strengthen bonds between management but also allow me engage more deeply with both external stakeholders such as customers/clients while receiving valuable insights regarding our proposed plans.
