• Consider an organization within UAE as a case study. Critically analyses the organization’s recruitment and selection practices as you benchmark with an international organization’s practices. You must be able to critically expound on the gaps.

• Provide in your critical analysis the organization’s internal alignment of strategic HRM with organizational strategies.
• Critically explore the training methods and techniques. How those training efforts are strategically aligned to the organization’s objectives?
