It has heavily impacted economies, societies, employees, and organizations. Given the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus, organizations have had to implement changes and human resource management has played a critical role in this change. Human resources management is very important in every organization. Without human resources management, companies would not be able to effectively recruit and retain employees, improve and enhance the organization, and they wouldn’t be able to maintain a healthy, accepting workplace culture and environment.
