They try to make their products more attractive than those of their competitor. There are several reasons why we believe that Bosch Nefit applies to the differentiation idea in this theory. The first one is due to the large amount of money that is spent by the business on research and development. This allows them to offer a product of higher quality which people are then willing to buy for a premium price. Also, customers are likely to know the benefits offered by using products from Bosch Nefit such as the longevity of their products, suggesting that their products are indeed of high quality.
