F. Conceptualization of presenting problem using one of the theoretical orientations discussed in class;
II. Treatment Plan for Juno
A. Identify and outline treatment goals for client and family (using CBT and/or DBT, in addition to any play therapy that may be helpful for Juno)
B. Include information about who will be included in treatment [family members, school personnel, etc.
III. Treatment Intervention
