1. Describe your leadership pathway. (Transformational leadership)
2. How can Ed.D in leadership contribute to your career and to your desired areas of impact? (My career is in student affairs, and my desired area of impact is young scholars).
3. What leadership skills do you hope to build? (Conflict resolution, relationship building, decision making).
4. Why do you think this program can support your learning goals? (My career goals is to become a leader within student affairs and the collaborative approach to teaching and learning, practical problem solving component will allow me to develop necessary skills).

I believe in transformational leadership, which is a leadership style that focuses on inspiring and motivating others to achieve common goals.
