The factors that have the strongest influence over work behaviors consist of four categories: Job performance, Organizational Citizenship Behaviors, Absenteeism, and Turnover. Four factors also influence the case of SAS Institute.

Firstly, job performance at SAS Institute is giving opportunities for all employees to consider a new exciting project. And company try to take off an obstacle for employees, for example, machine, rules, and conferences. These obstacles will interrupt for the effective and motivative works. Therefore, SAS Institute makes an effort to remove negative aspects. Secondly, SAS have organizational citizenship behaviors for workers. In general, when company performance is decreasing, the company will consider reducing costs and the numbers of employees. However, SAS institutes did not cut the begets and salaries. SAS maintained the environment even in not only positive but also negative performances in the company. Also, the CEO announced that they never dismiss employees from work.
