Create a 10 slide presentation with narrative speaker notes and at least 6 references to inform leadership and staff of specific changes to workflow resulting from an EHR initiative.
On-boarding leadership and staff to workflow changes resulting from an EHR initiative is key to a successful rollout. As a decision maker, my rationale for implementing this workflow is based on improving patient care by providing better access to information at each point in the healthcare process. This includes improving communication between practitioners, reducing wait times for patients, streamlining data collection procedures and managing resources more effectively. Additionally, these changes will make it easier for clinicians to collaborate on cases across departments or specialties as well as allow them quicker access to clinical databases when making decisions about patient care.
By creating an efficient workflow that integrates evidence-based practice into our systems we can ensure that we are providing high quality health services while still remaining cost effective. The new system should also result in increased satisfaction among both staff members who benefit from improved efficiency gains as well as patients who receive faster treatment due to streamlined processes. In short, this new system allows us to leverage technology and data analysis tools to maximize our potential while still maintaining a focus on providing excellent patient care.

Parsons (1981) underscored that survey the traditional Weberian hypothesis of logic has new helpful clarifications in understanding of current social changes in ways of life with this ‘significant worldview of humanistic idea’ with application to ‘formal discernment’ being ‘deliberate computation’ in the ‘most proficient’ manner for ‘necessary evil’ can apparently be the ‘prevailing perspective’ in post-present day culture than ‘considerable levelheadedness’ preceding that for example ‘a direction towards ideal qualities and finishes’ (Weber, 1904, Parsons, 1981). Previously, normal thoughts concerning sound ways of life reflected a greater amount of an ‘ideal’ state as an end ‘esteem’ in fortifying convictions in religion to build otherworldliness of the spirit with conventional all encompassing medicines, notwithstanding, the cutting edge society changed towards ‘formal’ strategies ‘to be more appealing, appreciate expanded imperativeness, and upgraded future’ in this way present day pattern towards better society seemingly connections to information on levelheaded decisions by which command over own wellbeing is determined in the most productive manner controllable by every individual unreservedly (Weber 1904, Cockerham, Abel and Luschen, 1993). Ritzer and Walczak (1988) investigation of ‘formal discernment’ confirmed that for instance, Americans had diminished depending on doctors as the principal authorit
