You are working as a health promotion project coordinator in the pre-planning stages of a project. You are
trying to learn more about the landscape of current programming/services related to your health issue of
interest or concern in your community. Entities ranging from government and non-governmental organizations,
community-based advocacy and social/health service organizations, philanthropic organizations, faith-based
groups, and many others, all play a role in working to reduce or eliminate the health problems we are
interested in. As part of your initial effort, you need to make contact with several organizations to see if there is
interest in collaborating on a grant to develop a health education/promotion campaign. For this assignment,
please complete the following:
1. Write an introductory email script identifying yourself, your work and interests, the health problem, why you
are contacting them, etc. and ask if they would be willing to collaborate on a grant writing effort to design and
build a health program. Develop a list of organizations you would send that email to.
2. Compose a list of 5-8 questions that you would ask in a “scoping interview” of stakeholders (once you’ve
identified them). What do you want to know about the organization? The work that they do? The populations
they serve? Where are the health education gaps and how might innovations in health education address this?
What work needs to be done? Avoid yes or no questions.
3. Write a 2-3 page brainstorming reflection on how you might coordinate existing efforts to address your health
issue through collaboration on a new program. The work can build off existing efforts or take a fresh, creative
approach that perhaps hasn’t been tried before (you’ll just need to justify this by making the case that current
approaches aren’t working). What would you propose as a solution to your health issue? How can you allow for
community stakeholders to contribute to the generation of the project idea? How can you get community
stakeholders behind this idea? (caution-ask Prof M about this statement)

Structure and Function of the Mammalian Ear

The tympanic film is a flimsy tapered layer that vibrates within the sight of sound and starts the hear-able cycle. It vibrates at a similar recurrence as the sound wave that hits it, and communicates these vibrations to the center ear. The center ear is comprised of three little bones called little bones. They are hammer bones (hammer), iron block (iron block) and (tibia). They enhance the vibration of the tympanic layer and send these vibrations to the oval window of the internal ear.

An invertebrate, for example, a bug’s “ear” is situated on the leg of the chest and is related with the respiratory plot called the windpipe. The tympanic layer has a similar capacity as the tympanic film of the ear of the warm blooded animal. Like vertebrates, sound waves animate and vibrate films, however in bugs it straightforwardly enacts nerve driving forces. (Barnes and Cawlow, 2002) Some bugs likewise have a related windpipe that coordinates data on changes in creepy crawly inner strain to the eardrum. At the point when the privilege tympanic chamber is invigorated, a sign is sent to one side tympanic chamber through the windpipe. The deferral in incitement between the left and right ears assists creepy crawlies with finding the heading from which the sound begins.

Mammalian articulation frameworks can be utilized to create mammalian proteins with the most common structure and movement because of their physiologically applicable condition. This outcomes in a significant level of post-translational handling and useful action. Mammalian articulation frameworks are a favored framework for communicating mammalian proteins and can be utilized to deliver proteins for examines dependent on antibodies, complex proteins and useful cells. In any case, these advantages are joined with more rigid social conditions.

Mammalian protein articulation frameworks have the capacity of protein collapsing and posttranslational alteration to carry the protein closer to the local protein and accordingly get a similar natural action as the local protein. Along these lines, mammalian cell articulation frameworks are most broadly utilized in the turn of events and production of recombinant protein drugs, specifically for restorative monoclonal antibodies. Creating proteins with the right amount and quality is an essential prerequisite today. The utilization of mammalian cells for protein creation is by all accounts expanding. The utilization of mammalian cells for recombinant protein articulation frameworks considers the presentation of fitting protein collapsing, posttranslational changes and item sets that are significant for complete organic movement. This audit article is altogether founded on writing research.
