Online presence, cyber attackers

With almost every organization trying to have an online presence, cyber attackers are constantly trying to gather sensitive information indexed by popular search engines (such as Google) on the Internet. One of the most common methods to do this is through the use of Google Dorks. The Google Hacking Database (https://www.exploit-db.com/google-hacking-database) contains a list of some of the most effective dorks for performing such targeted searches and looking for such sensitive information. In this task, you need to write a short (half or one page) write-up about how this approach lays the foundation to search vulnerable websites. Also, you need to try and look for at least 5 hashed/encrypted passwords from websites or web applications using Google Dorks. Following this, you need to mention whether the password hashes are strong or not. You may use the website https://crackstation.net/ to check the strength of the hashes)

Sample Solution

Online presence, cyber attacks

Google dork is a search technique that enables hackers to gain access to information that corporations and individuals did not intend to make publicly available. It is also regarded as illegal Google hacking activity which hackers often uses for purposes such as cyber terrorism and cyber theft. Google’s search engine has its own built-in query language. Most popular Google dorks include: cache, securitytrails.com intext, hacking tools intitle, filetype, Microsoft.com site, and inanchor.  Google almost indexes everything connected with the internet, which also includes different private information of misconfigured services. This can often be useful as well as equally harmful at the same time. You need to make sure to not log in to any of the services, even if the password is exposed, as this could get you into trouble because you don’t have permission.

ANAGEMENT
Comprehensive interventions combining diet, physical activity, education, and behavioral therapy are associated with improvement in terms of weight reduction and metabolic outcomes. The Expert Committee on Obesity Evaluation and Treatment recommends that the primary goal should be developing healthy eating and activity habits, not achieving ideal body weight. The environment that shapes behavior of the child should be modified and family influence is the most important factor in childhood obesity treatment. For weight loss, obese children must expend more energy than they consume, by decreasing caloric intake and increasing physical activity. Studies show interventions involving exercise alone did not cause weight loss but when exercise was combined with diet and education, reduction in body weight was noted.
Consumption of fast food in children has increased over the past few years because of the easy availability and media marketing. Fast foods (eg. Pizza, burger, fries, somosa, pakora, potato chips, soft drinks, etc) have high level of fat and sugars that are unhealthy but addictive, making it hard for children to choose healthy food. Nutrition labeling might restrict the quantity and choice of food among children of educated parents. In a recent study conducted on parents of children aged 3-6 years, showed that labeled menus lead to significantly lower calorie content in restaurant meals purchased for children (28).

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) suggests a staged approach to pediatric weight management:
TABLE 9
1. Prevention plus
• Encourage consumption of ≥5 servings of vegetables and fruits daily.
• Minimize beverages with sugar (eg; soda, sports drinks).
• Eat healthy breakfast everyday
• Prepare more meals at home
• Eat at the table as a family at least 5-6 times/week and involve the whole family in lifestyle changes.
• ≤ 2hours of screen time per day (no television viewing for children <2yr old)
• ≥ 1hour of physical activity daily
• Reinforce goals at each healthcare visit
• Allow child to self-regulate his/her meals and avoid overly strict eating regimens.
2. Structured weight management
